The main function of our team is to assist our client in his procurement procedures.
They can either support the procurement department of the client or provide a
full range of services from the list of equipment supplied by the design department.

The procurement team provides the following services:
Analysis
: procurement procedures, specification of orders, assessment of hours...
Suppliers
: calls for tenders, selection of suppliers, trade talks.
Order
files : placing of orders, follow-up, validation of the quantity of equipment
purchased and assembled...
Delivery
time : follow-up of delivery schedule, settlement of delay litigation.
Invoicing
: checking the invoices.
